Professor Gunther Andersson speaks to the Physics students

Gunther is a Professor in Physics, Chemical Physics and Nanotechnology and he gave an very interesting presentation about what is really like to do research. He talked about how 90% of the time nothing works in research - and it is often like trying to solve a riddle. He discussed research he had conducted and how it took him a couple of years to work out what the results he had collected actually meant.

Sally, Gunther, Jak and Cliff

This is what people think research is, but in reality it is a lot more complicated and time consuming.
